FOR ESTATE OF JOHN LEBO
DECEASED FILED OCTOBER 10TH 1798
To Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of
Administration in and for the County of Berks, Pa.
Whereas John Lebo late of Tulpehocken Township in the said
county Lately Dyed Interstate Leaving Considerable personal estate and
Whereas the rights of administration Belongs unto me Catharine Lebo The
Widow and relict of the said Interstate but Being unable to taken upon
me the but then of the Said Administration and therefore do by these
presents renounce my rights of Administration and request the same may
be granted to my father Philip Adam Reagle or any other person having
rights thereto in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this Eighth Day of October Anno Domini 1798 Estate

Known all MEN by these PRESENTS, That we PHILIP ADAM REIGEL,
Father In-law of Elizabetha Lebo, Widow of John Lebo Of Tulpehocken
Township Berks County, Weaver, deceased, Peter Father joint and John
Bixler Sadler, both of the Borough of Reading in said County are held
and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of
Five Hundred Pounds, lawful Money of Pennsylvania, to be paid to the
said Commonwealth. To which Payment well and truly to be made, we bind
ourselves, our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, and every of them,
jointly and severally, for and in the Whole, firmly by these presents.

The Condition of the above OBLIGATIO is such, that if the above
bounded PHILIP ADAM REIGEL
Administrator of all and Singular the Goods, Chattels, Rights
and Credits of John Lebo Deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true
and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, Rights or
shall come to the Hands, possession or Knowledge of the said Philip Adam
Reigel or into the Hands, Possession or Knowledge of any other Person or
Persons, for him and the same so made, do Exhibit or cause to be
exhibited into the Register Office at Reading, in and for the County of
Berks, at or before the tenth Day of November next; and the Same Goods,
Chattels, Rights and Credits, Which were of the said deceased at the
time of his death, or which at any Time heretofore have come, or
here-after shall come to the Hands, Possession and Knowledge of said
Philip Adam Reigel or of any other person or persons, for him do well
and truly administer according to Law. And future do make or cause to
made, a true and just Account, Calculation or Reckoning of his said
Administration, at or before the tenth day of October in the Year of our
Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine. And all the self and
residue which shall be founded remaining upon the said Administrators
Account, the fame being first examined and allowed of by the Orphan's
Court of the County of Berks, shall deliver and pay unto such Person and
Persons, as the said Court by its Decree or Sentence shall limit and
appoint. And if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and
Testament Was made by the said deceased, and the Executor or Executors
therein named do exhibit the same into the said Register's Office,
making Request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said
Philip Adam Reigel being there unto required, do render and deliver up
the said Letters of Administration: Approbation of such Testament being
first had and made in the said Office, Then the above Obligation to be
void and of no Effect, or else to be and remain in full Force and Virtue
