Robert W. Lebo Robert W. Lebo, 76, of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 with his family by his side. Bob was born on October 29, 1928 in Williamstown, Pennsylvania, son of the late Oliver I. and Esther Seager Lebo. He had retired as Director of Management Services with the Department of Treasury after serving in the same capacity with the Auditor Generals office. In his earlier years, Bob was partner and general manager of R. Dininni Construction Company. He had the honor of constructing the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal (Saint Catherine Laboure Church), which was the most significant achievement of his career. From 1946 to 1955 he served in the U.S. Navy, where he commissioned the USS Manchester. He had the unique distinction of being the only sailor to decommission the same vessel. Bob was a Parishioner of Saint Catherine Laboure; member of the Rutherford Lions Club, Rutherford VFW Post 1213, Lawnton American Legion Post 998, and the Rutherford Fire Company, where he was the first club steward. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling with the ABC Senior League. He had a passion for reading and enjoyed spirited political debates, but what he loved most was spending time with his family and friends. Bob lived his life with unwavering faith, passion, love and dedication to his family. His kindness and generosity were unparalleled; his love and friendship unconditional; his strength immeasurable. He was an inspiration and blessing to everyone who knew him and had the privilege of being a part of his life. While his passing has left an enormous void in our lives, his belief in God reassures us he knows a love like no other. Bob was the beloved husband of Jean Dininni Lebo, with whom he celebrated their 48th anniversary this past June; father of Richard A. Lebo and his wife, Donna; brother of James Lebo and his wife, Joyce of Ocala, Florida; and his son, Scott A. Lebo; and leaves behind many loving relatives and very dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at 11 a.m., in St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held on Monday, October 24, 2005, from 6-9 p.m., in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg.
