Carl C. Lebo

Carl C. Lebo, 90, formerly of E. Main Street, Middletown, and William Penn, departed this life on Sunday, 
September 19, 2004, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Kenneth Nolte of 1418 Oakes Avenue, 
Williamsport.

He was the son of the late Charles R. and Carrie Minnich Lebo.

He was injured in an industrial accident on December 5, 1941 at the William Penn Colliery, Shenandoah. He was a 
retired employee at the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Lower Swatara Twp. He had a great sense of humor and 
enjoyed telling jokes. His grandchildren were the joy of his life. He was a member of the Middletown 
Presbyterian Congregation Church, and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

In addition to his daughter, he is survived by a son, Carl R., and wife, Beverly Lebo of Hummelstown; two 
daughters, Marilyn D., wife of William Kundra of Middletown and Beverly J., wife of William McNulty of Hershey; 
sister and brother-in-law, Josephine and John Leferovich of Center Valley and sister-in-law, Marge Lebo of 
Elizabethtown; 5 grandsons; 9 granddaughters, 17 great-grandsons; and 15 great-granddaughters.

A tribute to his life celebration will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, in his church, N. Union and E. Water Streets, 
Middletown. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Middletown. Viewing will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, at 
the Matinchek & Daughter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Middletown. A Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to
